This page explains how JCR Diesel Repair Inc. handles the information you send through the service request form on this site.

What we collect

What you type into the form: your name, phone number, and if you add them, your email, farm or business name, the tractor or engine model, what you need, where the machine is, any photos you attach, and whether you’d rather talk in French.

Why

Only to answer your request: to call you back, quote a repair, rebuild or part, and do the work.

Where it goes

The form is hosted by Netlify, our website host. Your request is stored there and sent to us by email. We don’t sell it or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to handle your request and the work that follows.

Your information, your call

To see, fix or delete what you sent us, call 613-330-7126 or email jasonrupp@live.ca.
