Rebuild the engine you’ve got.
When a tractor engine goes, most dealers want to sell you a reman engine and put it in. We rebuild yours in house and install it back in your tractor, without dealership rates and fees.
Four steps, start to finish.

Get it to us
Drop off the whole tractor and we’ll pull the engine, or bring just the engine. From farther away, we can line up transport with companies we work with, or you can arrange your own.

We find the problem
Most tractors and equipment need the engine removed for a rebuild because of how it’s integrated with the chassis. Our team strips it down and finds the root problem and failure point.

Rebuilt with new parts
New pistons, liners, bearings and seals, a rebuilt cylinder head, and the rest of the standard list below. We source the best and most trusted OEM or aftermarket parts to keep you worry free.

Back in, with a warranty
We install it back in your tractor. Warranty is generally 1 year or 500 hours on parts and installation (misuse and abuse not covered).
Basic or complete. Depends on the engine and what you need.
It depends on what you need and how the engine is built. Some jobs are a basic rebuild: we find the problem, fix it and reuse what’s still good. A complete rebuild also gets a new fuel system and turbos.
Some engines are parent bore blocks, with no replaceable liners. Those get the block machined and resized for the best result.
We rebuild all brands, and we specialize in Deutz engines, found in many Fendt and Deutz tractors and lots of other equipment. Cummins is a big one, and we do FPT and John Deere engines too. Our engine kits are high quality aftermarket kits we’ve used for years with zero issues.

Standard in our rebuilds. Complete rebuilds also get a new fuel system and turbos.
Most tractors come out.
An in-frame rebuild is done with the engine still in the machine. An out-of-frame rebuild takes the engine out and does the work on a stand. On most tractors, the engine is integrated with the chassis in a way that it must be removed to effectively tear down and rebuild.
2 weeks to 3 months.
Most of the wait is parts. When parts are on hand a rebuild can take about 2 weeks. When they aren’t, it can take 2 to 3 months.
Our warranty is generally 1 year or 500 hours on parts and installation. Damage from improper use or abuse isn’t covered.
